Zero Valent Iron (ZVI) is a green and eco-friendly material serving as a reducing agent in environmental remediation. It removes various pollutants through chemical reduction, adsorption, and co-precipitation. Additionally, ZVI can be combined with bioremediation to significantly enhance remediation efficiency.
Our zero valent iron is synthesized via chemical methods, with iron powder particle sizes ranging from 2μm to 250μm. Compared to traditional ZVI, our product features a larger specific surface area, reaction activity 50 times that of conventional ZVI, excellent adsorption performance, high purity (free of harmful heavy metals), and notably improves the removal efficiency of pollutants like chlorinated solvents and hexavalent chromium in soil and groundwater—greatly shortening environmental remediation timelines.

Ultrafine Iron Powder (UIF):

With a particle size of 0.5–5 microns, UIF has been used in EZVI (Emulsified Zero Valent Iron Technology) for the U.S. environmental remediation market since 2004. It has gained significant customer favor and enabled us to maintain long-term partnerships with U.S. clients.
Spherical Porous Iron Powder (EG Series):

Ranging from 50–250 microns, this powder features high reactivity, porosity, permeability, and low loss—suitable for soil mixing, in-situ injection, and permeable reactive barriers (PRB).
In 2019, Sagwell developed a special wastewater treatment material through a unique preparation process: iron-nickel bimetallic material, applicable for treating printing and dyeing wastewater, chemical wastewater, electroplating wastewater, etc. We also provide other zero valent iron products, such as iron powder UH and ultrafine iron powder HH, tailored to different construction sites and methods.
